2020 FUNDRAISING
INITIATIVES
As many know, Covid-19 forced the WCOM to cancel its traditional Holiday House Tour until 2021. As a result. we were challenged to developed fundraising efforts which resulted in some holiday fun while maintaining social distancing!
Our efforts this year allowed us to continue some key club initiatives: such as, awarding scholarships to young women in Milton; donating to local schools; supporting the Milton Food Pantry and the Milton Garden Club, among others.
We extend a heart-felt thanks to everyone who helped us by supporting our Stay-At-Home Tea Party; Holiday Note Card Sale; Bake Sale; Pop-Up Store; and Restaurant Discount Cards, as well as those who made generous contributions. The Club's success in making a difference is due to every one of our supporters and contributors.
The WCOM fundraising leaders worked diligently with their committees on projects they had never tackled in the past! A special thank-you to these leaders and their committee members for tackling the unknown in a unique environment using new technology (i.e., Zoom).
